Plannuh, Inc. is an early-stage, Boston-based, SaaS start-up. We have developed and
launched a cloud-based, AI-powered application for building, managing, and
collaborating on marketing plans and budgets. We’ve designed Plannuh to help our
customers create and manage better marketing teams, by providing data-driven insights
that encourage best practices and avoid wasted spend. There’s no IT set-up, and no

looking for an innovative, self-starting, and critical thinking Associate to join our
Customer Success (CS) team. This individual will be fully immersed in the
implementation process, adding value to our clients and the team on a daily basis. Our
ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, cares deeply about the customer
experience, and seeks to make an impact while working with details of customer data.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the customer success team to support customer onboarding
implementation - Analyze and understand customer data in order to drive accuracy and
actionability - Assist the team to maximize Plannuh customers’ understanding of the product’s
features and value - Communicate/present effectively to customer as well as all levels of the
Organization.

- You’re not an accountant, but you understand accounting fundamentals and are
good at working with numbers - Proficient in data analysis and manipulation with solid Excel skills
